Haiku Friday: Apps for the Amish

For some reason...iKeith started growing this on his face a couple weeks ago. I asked him if he was going to grow this beard thing until Double Encore releases another app.

I've joked about him looking Amish on twitter and the one day when he wore a plaid shirt to work he looked like an Amish lumberjack!

My friend Christine (who I told you about last week) asked me on Facebook if he was making Apps for the Amish....wait, how would that work?

I've been looking for barns for him to raise....

  1. It wouldn't be bad if it were a gotee, I like gotees!

  2. Well there is just about an app for everything so an Amish app wouldn't surprise me too much!

  3. Apps for the Amish...LOL. That sounds like some kind of charity...like "get these people some modern technology, for the love of Pete!"

  4. I'm with JK, it does sound like a charity! HILARIOUS! People used to ask me if my dad was Amish because he had a long beard and NO mustache. The answer was NO, he just couldn't get the mustache to grow! lol

  8. I have to be honest and say that I'm not a beard kind of girl. M grew one out for about 3 weeks. He said he would shave it if Greenbay won the Superbowl since that's "his team". THANK GOD! I've never been happier. I hated that thing.

  9. I love that! The haiku - not the beard. Or the plaid shirt.

  10. Sigh. The beard without the mustache look. At least he's not shaving it into a thin chin-outlining crazylinebeard. Haate those. I saw a lot of men in Maine rocking eKeith's look, but they also had giant potbellies and held up their pants with suspenders. If the thing gets long and bushy, you might threaten to send him to Maine. Because the Amish don't seem much fun (except during Rumspringa) and this way, at least you'll have plenty of lobster.
