Gratitude:

This month I'm thankful that Keith and I were able to get away for a little vacation together. When you have small children and life is stressful,  it's hard to really connect with your partner. The every day gets in the way and next thing you know it's been weeks months since you've made love watched Young and the Restless or had a really good conversation with each other. I hope that no matter where our path leads...we'll always be able to take a little vacation and reconnect with each other. I think it's really important for all parents.

  2. Awwww, Happy Anniversary! So glad you were able to get some couple time in. I'm hoping for a dinner out or *something* soon with my hubs. We need to be able to finish a sentence without a million interruptions, don'tchaknow.

  6. I hear you on the couple connecting part, esp. since we've been failing around here at the... um... "coupling" of late. And with no real danger of pregnancy either, it's a shame. Excuse me while I go lasso the dude.
