This month I'm thankful that Keith and I were able to get away for a little vacation together. When you have small children and life is stressful,  it's hard to really connect with your partner. The every day gets in the way and next thing you know it's been weeks months since you've made love watched Young and the Restless or had a really good conversation with each other. I hope that no matter where our path leads...we'll always be able to take a little vacation and reconnect with each other. I think it's really important for all parents.

  1. I love the red background!

Where is the baby animal farm?

Now that the food poisoning seems to have gone I hope you'll allow me to come along to gno this month!

  2. Awwww, Happy Anniversary! So glad you were able to get some couple time in. I'm hoping for a dinner out or *something* soon with my hubs. We need to be able to finish a sentence without a million interruptions, don'tchaknow.

  3. You are so right.

Our anniversary is in July too. The 28th.

  4. How did you like "naturally thin"?? I bought the book "How to be a Hepburn in a Hilton World" because you mentioned it (but I haven't read it yet)...I think we like the a lot of the same books!

  5. Good goals!! I agree -- it really makes a difference to get away together and reconnect! Happy anniversary! We just celebrated 20 - I still can't believe that!

  6. I hear you on the couple connecting part, esp. since we've been failing around here at the... um... "coupling" of late. And with no real danger of pregnancy either, it's a shame. Excuse me while I go lasso the dude.

  7. Great goals. I need to steal them myself ....

  8. I took the girls bowling last month and they loved it. I have to keep it on my monthly to do list with them! So nice you had a getaway.

I love you. You are my best friend! Your hair looks fantastic today!
