Lesson learned:

1.) It is unwise to drink more than one beverage that ends in a vowel. Margarita, Sangria, Chianti
2.) It is unwise to eat refried beans two days in a row when you haven't eaten beans in 8 weeks.
3.) A box fan should never be used in a bedroom where your wife has eaten beans after not eating them for 8 weeks.

    Refried beans are the worst! Were the Italian med delivering the refried beans? Because I would find that comical.
