This one is supposed to be for Christmas but I think I could leave it up year round...don't you think?
I am going to have her make a custom cling for me with my favorite quote on it.
The days are long, but the years are short!

I found a great Link Up that I want to participate in for the holidays. It is the Christmas Tour of Homes 2008! Here's what you do...post pictures of your decorations and traditions and also a favorite holiday recipe on your blog on December 15th....then go to Boo Mama's blog and link to your post. It will be so fun to see everyone's decorations and I'm always looking for new traditions and recipes. Join me in the fun!
I don't think I've ever mentioned that I never knew who said, "The days are long, but the years are short," until I saw it on your blog. I grew up hearing my Mamaw say it all the time, and when I was home with two babies (born close together) and was exhausted, my Mamaw would remind me of this. I too LOVE that quote.
ReplyDeletePS: Your hair's waaaay cute today!
ReplyDeleteI love those word clings! I have to get some.......
ReplyDeleteWhat cute vinyl sayings! They look so cute! I am addicted to vinyl sayings. I think they are so cool. That tour of homes and favorite Christmas tradition sounds fun -- count me in. I hope you are having a great day!
ReplyDeleteI love that sticky graffiti - it adds so much and looks very classy!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Thanks for the inspriration!
ReplyDeleteOoohhh....I love that "Tour of Homes"! I will try to remember to do that :) The letter clings are beautiful....you could definitely leave up the "Peace, Love, Joy" all year long.
ReplyDeleteI fell in love with those word cling things at a friends house a few years ago. There's a company in my home town that makes custom ones as well and I keep meaning to get some of my favorite quotes done for the kids' walls.
ReplyDeleteHey I better not let my wife see these, she's going to want to buy the lot. lol!
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty neat though. Good Idea for a stocking stuffer for her. Thanks
